When you call PassportCard, please let us know if you would like to use an interpreter and we will arrange it for you. Our Global Assistance team will find an interpreter in your preferred language through Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). You can contact us on our reverse charge number + 61 1800 490 478.
You can also contact TIS directly, they’re available 24/7 on 131 450 with interpreters in over 160 languages.
If you have hearing issues, or communication difficulties, you can use the National Relay Service (NRS) which includes a teletypewriter service TTY.
