By entering the promotion you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- The promotion is being run by PassportCard Australia Pty Ltd (PassportCard) ABN 76 621 476 220.
- The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid visa that permits them to work, live, and study in Australia.
- Anyone who purchases a policy worth $100 or over during the promotion period directly from the PassportCard website or via the Contact Centre and does not cancel the policy on or before 21 May 2026, will receive one $50 Uber voucher that will be emailed to the policy holder on or within 7 days of 22 May 2026.
- Policies purchased through an intermediary (i.e. an insurance broker, travel agent or partner) either directly, over the phone or via a supplied link are not eligible for this promotion.
- Policies purchased using a discount are not eligible.
- If a policy is cancelled on or before 21 May 2026, the policyholder will not receive the $50 Uber voucher.
- Individuals can purchase multiple policies during the promotion period.
- This promotion will run from 16 – 30 April 2026, 11:59PM AEST.
- Policies bought after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible for the promotion.
- PassportCard employees are not eligible for the promotion.
- PassportCard’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
- The $50 Uber voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Please allow 7 days from the 22 May 2026 for delivery of the $50 Uber voucher, or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
- By participating in this promotion, you consent to PassportCard using and sharing your information as required to facilitate the issuance of the Uber Voucher, in accordance with PassportCard’s Privacy Policy.
Uber Voucher terms and conditions
- Limited availability. No cash value. Maximum discount amount of $50 per redemption. One time use only.
- An Uber voucher code will be emailed to the email address supplied for “Traveller 1” on the travel insurance policy on or within 7 days of the 22 May 2026.
- To redeem the Voucher, the Uber Voucher code, provided by email, must be applied to the Payment section of the Uber App or Uber Eats App prior to requesting the intended trip/order.
- The Uber Voucher will be valid for 30 days from the 22 May 2026.
- Uber Voucher is only valid for requested rides/orders placed using the Uber App or Uber Eats App. Taxes and tips will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher is greater than the total order amount. Valid in Australia where Uber/Uber Eats is available. Offer is non-transferable, subject to change or cancellation.
