How does PassportCard Instant Payouts work?

Medical issue overseas, delayed luggage or stolen cash? We put funds onto the PassportCard so your clients can settle claims on the spot, without being left out of pocket.

Medical issue overseas?

If your clients need a doctor, are injured or in pain, they simply call or WhatsApp our 24/7 support team and we can direct them to the nearest pharmacy, hospital or doctor.

For approved claims we will load the PassportCard with funds to cover your client’s medical costs.

Luggage delayed?

When your luggage isn’t where you are, it’s hard to begin your holiday. Your clients just call or WhatsApp us and we can add up to $250 to the PassportCard to buy emergency essentials.

Cash stolen or lost?

No cash, no holiday! Customers call or WhatsApp us and we can load $350 (or up to $700 for 2 adults) on the PassportCard for you to withdraw from the ATM.
