Emerald & PassportCard $100 Uber voucher promotion

Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

1. The promotion is being run by PassportCard Australia Pty Ltd (PassportCard) ABN 76 621 476 220.
2. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid visa that permits them to work, live, and study in Australia.
3. Anyone who has a current Emerald booking and purchases a PassportCard travel insurance policy during the promotion period and does not cancel the policy before the end of the promotion will receive one $100 Uber voucher to be emailed to the policy holder within one week of the end of the promotion (8 -15 December 2025).
4. Purchases must be made via the PassportCard link on the Emerald website or through the PassportCard contact centre dedicated Emerald number – 1300 867 109.
5. If a policy is cancelled on or before the departure date, the policyholder will not receive the $100 Uber voucher.
6. Individuals can purchase multiple policies during the promotion period.
7. This promotion will run from 10 November 2025 – 11:59PM AEDT 7 December 2025.
8. Policies bought after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible for the promotion.
9. PassportCard’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
10. The $100 Uber voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
11. Please allow 7 days from the end of the promotion for delivery of the $100 Uber voucher, or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
12. By participating in this promotion, you consent to PassportCard using and sharing your information as required to facilitate the issuance of the Uber Voucher, in accordance with PassportCard’s Privacy Policy.
13. To verify a participant’s eligibility for this promotion, PassportCard may share the email address and/or mobile phone number provided at the time of entry with the promotion partner (Emerald) for the sole purpose of confirming that the participant has made a qualifying booking with the partner. The partner will use this information exclusively to verify eligibility and will not retain or use the information for any other purpose. By participating in this promotion, entrants consent to this limited disclosure of their email address and/or phone number for verification purposes.

Uber Voucher terms and conditions

1. Limited availability. No cash value. Maximum amount of $100 off.
2. An Uber voucher will be emailed to the email address supplied for “Traveller 1” on the travel insurance policy within one week of the end of the promotion (8 -15 December 2025).
3. To redeem the Voucher, the Uber Voucher code, provided by email, must be applied to the Wallet section of the Uber App prior to requesting a service.
4. The Uber Voucher will be valid for 30 days.
5. Uber Voucher is only valid for rides/orders placed using the Uber App or Uber Eats App. Taxes and other fees will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher is greater than the total ride/order amount. Valid in Australia where Uber/Uber Eats is available. Cannot be combined with another Uber Voucher. Offer is non-transferable, subject to change or cancellation. Issues involving redemption and/or use of the Uber Voucher code should be directed to PassportCard at 1300 123 413.
