By entering the promotion you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. The promotion is being run by PassportCard Australia Pty Ltd (PassportCard) ABN 76 621 476 220.
2. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid visa that permits them to work, live, and study in Australia.
3. This promotion will run from 24 February – 31 March 2026, 11:59PM AEDT.
4. Offer is valid for existing customers of PassportCard who purchase a policy directly from the PassportCard website or via the Contact Centre using the same email address as previous policy purchases.
5. Policies purchased through an intermediary (i.e. an insurance broker, travel agent or partner) either directly, over the phone or via a supplied link are not eligible for this promotion.
6. Offer not valid for existing Silver, Gold or Platinum Société members.
7. Policies bought after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible for the promotion.
8. During the redemption period, PassportCard customers can take advantage of this offer and redeem their upgrade from ‘Luxury Escapes Société’ Bronze to Silver
9. To redeem offer, Customers must be members of Luxury Escapes in Australia and complete the supplied form using the email connected to their Luxury Escapes account. Silver status is valid for 12 months from the date of activation by Luxury Escapes, unless the Customer otherwise qualifies to retain Silver or upgrades to a higher status through future bookings.
10. Period for redemption is from 24 February to 5 November 2026 (unless extended or ended by PassportCard at its complete discretion).
11. Upgrades will be activated by Luxury Escapes within 30 days of submission.
12. PassportCard employees are not eligible for the promotion.
13. PassportCard’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
14. PassportCard will email redemption instructions to valid recipients within 10 days of the promotion end date.
15. By participating in this promotion, you consent to PassportCard using and sharing your information as required to facilitate the issuance of the Silver Société’ membership, in accordance with PassportCard’s Privacy Policy.
