By entering the promotion you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

Promotion Overview

 

  1. The promotion is being run by PassportCard Australia Pty Ltd (PassportCard) ABN 76 621 476 220.
  2. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid visa that permits them to work, live, and study in Australia.
  3. Customers who purchase a PassportCard Domestic Travel Insurance policy during the promotional period may claim a reimbursement of their pet’s domestic flight cost, up to AUD $300, subject to these terms.
  4. The offer is strictly limited to the first 10 eligible customers who submit a valid claim (maximum total promotional payout: AUD $3,000).

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible, customers must:

  1. Purchase an eligible PassportCard Domestic Travel Insurance policy during the Promotional Period
  2. Have purchased a domestic flight for their household pet (e.g., cat or dog) that corresponds with the insured trip.
  3. Submit a valid claim in accordance with these T&Cs.
  4. If a policy is cancelled on or before the departure date, the policyholder will not receive the reimbursement for the pet flight.

 

Promotional Period

 

  1. This promotion will run from 8 December – 31 December 2025, 11:59PM AEDT unless the cap of 10 valid claims is reached earlier. PassportCard may end the promotion early once 10 valid claims have been approved.

 

Eligible Pet Flight Expense

 

  1. An “eligible pet flight expense” is defined as a one-way or return domestic flight booking for a pet, made with a commercial airline.

The promotion does not cover:

  • Pet accommodation, pet sitting, or boarding
  • Vet costs, carriers, crates, or accessories
  • International pet transport

 

How to Claim

 

  1. Eligible customers must submit their domestic travel insurance policy number and a paid tax invoice or receipt showing the pet flight booking, dates and paid amount to marketing@passportcard.com.au
  2. Claims are assessed in order of receipt. The first 10 valid claims will be reimbursed with a limit of one reimbursement per customer, per policy.
  3. Reimbursements will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of approval.
  4. PassportCard reserves the right to verify the authenticity of receipts, booking confirmations, and policy details.
  5. The promotion will automatically close once 10 eligible claims have been approved.
  6. Policies bought after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible for the promotion.
