Partial cancellations are not covered. The event must be fully cancelled or moved to a different day.
Yes, you’ll need to provide official confirmation from the event organiser when you submit your claim.
No, relocations within reasonable travel distance (e.g. same city) are not covered.
If your costs are fully refunded, you won’t be eligible for to claim. We cover the costs up to the benefit amount for any non-refundable trip and accommodation costs that you were not able to recover.
