Business Cover is an optional add-on that protects your work-related items such as tools, documents, business money, and electronic media if they’re lost, damaged or stolen during your trip.
Yes, if your business equipment is delayed, lost or stolen for more than 24 hours during your outbound journey, you can claim up to $1,500 to hire temporary replacements.
Yes. If your employer’s cash or traveller’s cheques are lost or stolen while you’re carrying them or they’re stored in a locked safety deposit box, you’re covered up to $2,000 internationally or $1,000 domestically.
Yes, individual business items are covered up to $2,000 per article and $4,000 total. If items are left unattended in a vehicle, limits reduce to $1,000 per item and $2,000 total.
